However it was soon realised that the demand was for a National company to be able to handle far more disciplines under one roof and provide convenience of single point of contact as well as cost awareness.
Simply Think UK Business Solutions has evolved to become one of the major National providers of multidiscipline services to the property industry and acts for both property professionals on behalf of their clients and landlords directly.
Utilising over 120 field operatives who are suitably qualified and experienced in their specific fields, Simply Think UK Business Solutions are able to respond swiftly to the demands of the industry and reports are provided within no more than five days of inspection/survey.

In July 2010 Simply Think USA Business Solutions commenced setting up new trading offices based in Naples, Florida.
In the same vain as its UK counterpart Simply Think USA Business Solutions will provide solutions to professionals in the Real Estate industry including agents and property owners directly.
The US real estate market is somewhat different to the UK industry and many of the legislations and requirements that UK property owners are faced with are not apparent in the US.
From 1st August the company will provide high quality Computer Generated Images to property developers, architects and agents alike across America.
Consideration is currently being given to setting up an online National real estate exchange register which will give the ability for home owners looking to move up market to link with those moving down. Although obviously a second choice to just selling and buying it may give the ability for many households to move on this currently stagnant market.
